With nearly 30 years of administrative support, Felicia has worked as a Case Manager in the legal field, supporting attorneys, upper management, and local government agencies in delivering results through document review and processing, research, mediation, conflict resolution, compliance monitoring, assessing, and quality control. She has consistently ensured accuracy, maintained communication channels, met and exceeded performance measures, and upheld strict compliance standards.

Felicia was able to leverage her administrative and case management skills and knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and compliance regulations to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals save time, increase efficiency, reduce errors, and close more deals so they can live the life they’ve dreamed of.
